Project enquiries
The proposal form sends your contact details and project brief directly to FormSubmit, our hosted form backend, so we can receive and respond to your enquiry. There is no custom server-side form handler on this website. The form also sends an anti-spam honeypot field and, when JavaScript is enabled, the time the form was first displayed.
You can also contact us separately through email or WhatsApp. We use the information you send to discuss your requirements, respond and prepare a proposal. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive customer information.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-PGQ1F6JH7H) to understand website visits and interactions such as proposal links, WhatsApp links and successful submission of a project brief. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect technical information about your browser, device and visit.
Our custom interaction events do not include your name, email address or the free-text contents of the proposal form. They may include the selected service and budget range. A successful form event is recorded only when FormSubmit confirms it has accepted the submission. This does not confirm delivery of a subsequent email or our response.
External services
FormSubmit receives your submitted form information. WhatsApp, your email provider and Google also process information when you use those services. See WhatsApp’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Your browser settings and extensions may offer controls for cookies and analytics.

For questions about information you have shared with us, or to request access, correction or deletion, email hello@codeassemble.com. We will review your request and explain any records we need to retain for an active project or applicable business obligations.
