THE SUBSCRIPTION TRAP

A dozen tools.
Still no single answer.

Is this customer’s invoice paid?

Check the accounting tool.

Where is this order right now?

Ask in the group chat.

Who is following up that lead?

Open the CRM. Then the inbox.

Which spreadsheet is the current one?

Whoever built it knows.

How much did we quote them last time?

Search your email.

Are we actually profitable this month?

Wait for the bookkeeper.

Every tool made sense when you bought it. But your team now spends its day copying data between them, and nothing shows you the whole business. Every hire makes the bill bigger and the gaps wider.

WHAT WE BUILD

Lead to payment.
Nothing falls between.

  1. Lead
  2. Quote
  3. Order
  4. Delivery
  5. Invoice
  6. Payment
  7. Report
01

Website

A custom website that makes your business look as established as it is, and turns visitors into real conversations.

02

Lead funnel

Landing pages, forms and WhatsApp or email capture, with every lead routed to a named person.

03

CRM

Customers, quotes and follow-ups in one place, shaped around how your team actually sells.

04

Operations

Orders, jobs, projects, stock, scheduling or dispatch. Whatever your business runs on, built the way it runs.

05

Billing

Invoices, tax, payment links and reminders, connected to the order and to your accounting software.

06

Owner’s dashboard

Sales, delivery, cash and overdue payments on one screen, from anywhere.

One customer record, one order and one set of numbers run through everything. You choose which modules to start with.

WHY CUSTOM

Stop renting the way
your business runs.

If a ready-made tool already does the job, we’ll say so in the workflow review. Custom isn’t right for everyone.

BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Different industries.
The same gaps.

There’s no template. Your quoting logic, approvals, jobs and documents shape the system.

Distribution and wholesale

Trade pricing, stock across locations, a customer order portal and delivery tracking.

Trades and field services

Quotes, job scheduling, crews on mobile, photos, sign-off and invoicing from the job.

Logistics and transport

Bookings, dispatch, proof of delivery and customer tracking.

Manufacturing

Orders, materials, production stages, quality records and dispatch.

Professional and B2B services

Client onboarding, project delivery, time, retainers and client portals.

Training and education providers

Enrolments, cohorts, payments, certificates and learner portals.

WHERE YOU OPERATE

Shaped for your market.

United States and Canada

Sales tax or GST/HST logic, and connections to accounting tools such as QuickBooks.

UK and Ireland

VAT invoicing and connections to accounting tools such as Xero or Sage.

Australia and New Zealand

GST invoicing and connections to accounting tools such as Xero or MYOB.

Africa

WhatsApp-first workflows, mobile money and local payment gateways, VAT, and screens that stay usable on patchy connections.

Middle East and Asia

English-language teams, multi-currency billing and local tax requirements, confirmed in your scope.

Tax rules and integrations are confirmed for your business in the blueprint. Your accountant stays involved in signing off the formats.

BUILT IN INDIA. WORKING WORLDWIDE.

Hiring a team you’ve never met?
Here’s what protects you.

Written scope

Deliverables, phases, review points and acceptance criteria are agreed before work begins.

Milestone payments

You pay against agreed milestones, not one large sum upfront.

You see it working

Working software at every milestone, on a staging link you can open yourself.

Your code, your accounts

Source code, documentation and access are part of the agreed handover.

Agreed meeting windows

We work remotely and set call times and a communication plan around your time zone.

Plain English

Everything happens in English, in writing, with one accountable contact.

HOW IT WORKS

Your business
keeps running.

  1. 01

    Walk through

Video calls with you and your team to map how work really moves today.

  2. 02

    Blueprint

A written plan: modules, phases, roles, integrations, timeline and cost.

  3. 03

    Build in phases

The most painful process goes first. You see working software at every milestone.

  4. 04

    Move and train

We clean and import your data, train each team and run alongside the old tools until people trust it.

  5. 05

    Run and extend

Handover and documentation. Retire the tools you no longer need and add the next module when ready.

REAL WORK

The website was only
one side of it.

For InjectionGroutResin, a specialist construction materials business, we delivered the public website together with a complete internal billing system and CRM. The customer-facing side and the software inside the business were planned as one.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

This is not for everyone.

A good fit

  • An established business with 10+ people
  • Revenue of around US$1M or more, or the local equivalent
  • Your team re-types the same data between tools
  • You’ve outgrown your current software, or it never quite fitted
  • You’re ready to give the project a decision-maker’s time

Probably not yet

  • You’re looking for one cheap app
  • You want everything live next week
  • A ready-made tool already does what you need
  • Nobody on your side can give time to the project

Smaller, but growing fast? These numbers aren’t a hard rule. Talk to us anyway.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Questions owners ask us.

Do we have to replace all our current tools?

No. Keep what works. Most clients keep their accounting software, for example, and we connect to it. The blueprint sets out what stays, what goes and in what order.

Which accounting and payment tools can you connect to?

It depends on what you use. We plan around tools with supported APIs, such as common accounting packages, payment gateways and mobile money providers, and we confirm each connection in your scope before work begins.

You’re based in India. How does working together actually work?

We’re based in New Delhi and work remotely with businesses worldwide. Before starting we agree meeting windows, review points and a communication plan around your time zone. Everything is scoped in writing and paid by milestone.

Who owns the software?

Source code, account access and documentation are part of the agreed handover. Your contract sets out ownership and payment terms. Hosting and third-party services are listed upfront, so you know what recurs after launch.

How do you handle our data?

We plan roles, permissions and backups as part of the build, and the system runs on hosting agreed with you. If you have specific privacy or sector requirements, tell us early so they shape the design and the scope.

What happens to our existing data?

We review your spreadsheets and current tools, decide what’s worth keeping, then clean and import it. Older records can stay in an archive.

How long does it take?

It depends on how many modules you start with. We deliver in phases, so the first module goes live well before the whole system is finished. Your blueprint sets out the schedule.

How much does it cost?

Every build is different, so there’s no fixed package. After the workflow review you get a written blueprint with scope, phases and cost, and you decide from there.
