How much stock do we really have?
Ask the store. Then ask again.
FOR INDIAN MANUFACTURERS · ₹10 CRORE+ TURNOVER
A CRM, ERP, billing system, website and lead funnel, built as one custom backend around how your business actually runs. From first enquiry to final payment.
THE ₹10 CRORE PROBLEM
Ask the store. Then ask again.
Call the supervisor.
Check three phones.
Search WhatsApp.
Wait for the accountant.
Nobody knows until month end.
Your business outgrew Excel, WhatsApp and one person’s memory years ago. The work still gets done, because your people are good. But every answer goes through someone, and most of them go through you.
WHAT WE BUILD
A bespoke website that shows the scale of your factory, with a product catalogue buyers can actually use.
Landing pages and enquiry routes that bring website, WhatsApp and trade-portal leads into one place.
Every enquiry, quote and follow-up, with a named owner. Customer history stays with the company, not in a salesperson’s phone.
Orders, BOMs, purchase, inventory, production, quality and dispatch. Only the parts your business needs, in the order you need them.
GST invoices, credit notes, receivables and payment reminders, connected to the order they came from.
Sales, production, stock and collections on one screen, from the factory or from your phone.
Five tools usually means five logins and five versions of the truth. Here one customer, one order and one number run through everything.
WHY CUSTOM
If your process is standard, a ready-made ERP may well suit you better. We’ll tell you that in the workflow review.
BESPOKE MEANS BESPOKE
There’s no template here. Your costing logic, approval chain, shop-floor stages and documents shape the system.
Enquiry-specific costing, drawings against orders, BOMs that change job by job.
Formulations, lot tracking, QC records and traceability from raw material to dispatch.
Material in and out, challans, balances by party and work-in-progress at each stage.
Stock across locations, dealer-specific pricing and an order portal for your trade customers.
HOW IT WORKS
We sit with you and your sales, stores, production and accounts teams and map how work really moves.
You get a written plan: modules, phases, roles, integrations, timeline and cost.
The most painful process goes first. You see working software at every milestone, not a big reveal at the end.
We clean and import your data, train each team and run alongside the old way until people trust it.
Handover, documentation and access. Add the next module when the business is ready.
REAL WORK
For InjectionGroutResin, a specialist construction materials business, we delivered the public website together with a complete internal billing system and CRM. The customer-facing side and the software inside the business were planned as one.

IS THIS FOR YOU?
Smaller, but growing fast? These numbers aren’t a hard rule. Talk to us anyway.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Not necessarily. Many accountants prefer to stay in Tally, and that’s fine. We plan the right connection between your new system and your accounts during the blueprint, or replace it if that serves you better.
Billing is designed around the GST documents your business needs. Where e-invoicing or e-way bills apply, we plan the integration with the relevant government-authorised route and confirm it in your scope. Your CA stays involved in signing off the formats.
That’s the main reason to build it custom. Each role sees only what they need, in the terms they already use. Shop-floor and store screens work on a phone, Hindi or regional-language labels can be included, and we train people team by team.
We review your spreadsheets and existing software, decide what’s worth keeping, then clean and import it. Old records you rarely need can stay in an archive.
It depends on how many modules you start with. We deliver in phases, so the first module goes live well before the whole system is finished. Your blueprint sets out the schedule.
Every build is different, so there’s no fixed package. After the workflow review you get a written blueprint with scope, phases and cost, and you decide from there.
Source code, account access and documentation are part of the agreed handover. Your contract sets out ownership and payment terms. Hosting and third-party services are listed upfront, so you know what recurs after launch.
Ongoing support and improvements are scoped separately, so you pay for what you need. We can also train someone on your team to look after day-to-day administration.
