Quotes & payments

• Project quotes are fixed for the scope described and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Changes to scope may affect the fee and timeline, agreed in writing before proceeding.
• Payment terms (such as deposits and milestones) are set out in your project agreement.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you. We may retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Third-party tools and libraries remain under their respective licences.

Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not under our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeAssemble is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website. Our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
