ConsultPages: From Shareable Link to Paid Booking in Ten Minutes

Independent service professionals — coaches, astrologers, therapists, consultants — lose time and money to the same broken booking flow: a back-and-forth over WhatsApp to find a slot, a separate request for payment, and constant manual follow-up. ConsultPages set out to collapse all of that into one shareable link. CodeAssemble built the platform around a single promise: a professional can sign up, get a clean one-page site with weekly slot booking and integrated UPI payments, and start taking paid bookings in about ten minutes.

The Challenge

The product’s value lives entirely in friction removal, which raised the bar on both setup and payments.

• Onboarding had to be near-instant. The target users aren’t technical and won’t wrestle with site builders. If getting live takes an afternoon, they’ll go back to WhatsApp. The ten-minute promise was a hard design constraint.
• Payments had to be automatic, not a chore. The biggest pain for these professionals is collecting money. Booking and payment had to be a single, seamless step with no manual chasing afterward.
• One link had to do everything. Bio links, scheduling, and a payment processor are usually three separate tools. ConsultPages had to unify them into one URL that’s effortless to share.

Our Approach

Engineer onboarding for speed

We stripped setup to the essentials: name, services, availability, and UPI details. Smart defaults handle everything else, so a new user fills in a short flow and immediately has a live, shareable page. We treated every extra field as a tax on the ten-minute goal and removed what we could.

Fuse booking and payment into one step

Rather than booking now and collecting later, we made payment part of confirmation. A client picks a weekly slot, pays via UPI through Razorpay, and the booking is confirmed in the same flow. The professional never has to ask for money again — it arrives with the booking.
